BANANA FROYO 2 WAYS

This Banana Froyo is delicious and super easy to make!  It certainly got a thumbs up from Mr 4 Year Old when our daughter made the Banana Berry Froyo!

Banana Froyo 2 Ways

BANANA NUT FROYO

Serves 2

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen

1/2 cup plain unsweetened Greek Yoghurt

1 1/2 tbsp nut butter

1/2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

BANANA BERRY FROYO

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks & frozen

1 cup frozen berries

1/2 cup plain unsweetened Greek yoghurt

1/2 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions:

1.   Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

2.   If desired, freeze for about 15 minutes before serving.  Store in the freezer.  

The ingredients can easily be multipled to serve more than 2 people or for seconds!
